What’s it like to do this kind of deep, sensitive, and personal work online?
Being face-to-face on Zoom Video Chat allows for a very personal and authentic experience. Getting to feel like you’re in-person when you’re cozy at home in your happy & safe space adds an extra dose of comfort.
Which membership is right for me?
You might choose based on your financial commitment, or based on how much time you want to devote to your journey this year. More info on Memberships here. One of the easiest ways to decide might be: How many courses do you want to participate in? The courses are undoubtedly the most transformational piece of the Journey puzzle.
What if I want to upgrade my membership?
There will be an opportunity to upgrade your membership before the second semester begins. If you want to upgrade immediately, just schedule a conversation with me.
What if I want to discontinue or downgrade my membership?
In the case of emergency, you may discontinue or downgrade your membership immediately. If there is no emergency, the requirements for downgrading or discontinuing are that you have an open conversation with me about it, and give 60 days notice. However, if you want to discontinue or downgrade because the work is challenging you, I will encourage you to stick with it, because it means you’re on the verge of a breakthrough.
What’s the difference between a course and a class?
Courses are 4-6 weeks long, and include 3 group sessions and 3 private sessions. They’re the most transformational piece of the Journey puzzle. They are a more in-depth look at the topic, and have an arc as they progress over the 4-6 weeks. Participants in a course are expected to be present for all sessions. There may be some homework, but it is always manageable. These courses are made to work for you in your busy life.
Classes are single sessions, which require no commitment to attend any other specific classes. Some of them are series, but attending one class is not dependent on attending any other class. You can expect a larger class size and a more general overview of the topic, though each class is both informational and experiential.
How often are classes and courses offered?
There will be at least 3 classes per month. Two taught by me, and one taught by a guest teacher. Courses are offered once per semester.
What time of day are classes and courses offered?
The schedule will largely be determined by the availability of students. After signing up for your membership, you will receive a survey to submit your available times. I will make the schedule to accommodate the majority availability of students, aiming to make things easily accessible for everyone. Recordings will always be available if you have to miss class.

Awesome! I can’t guarantee that it will make it into the curriculum, but let me know what it is, and I’ll see if it’s something we can offer a class on! Having so many amazing guest teachers available makes it possible.
How do I sign up for classes/courses?
I will send out a survey, which you can update at any time, in which you can sign up for classes and courses. You will receive an email each month with an update on your membership, telling you how many classes, courses, private sessions and Q+A sessions you have left.
Zoom Video Calls
Zoom requires a quick download, and can be used from your computer or your smartphone.
It’s not mandatory that you participate in our Facebook Group, but it’s encouraged! It’s a nice way to interact with other members and raise your daily vibration with our gratitude initiative.
What is the member’s discount on sessions?
All members will receive $10 off any full-priced session and 10% off any other services. Discounts can not be applied to in-person events hosted by organizations. (Life Lab, Mystic Journey, etc.)
When will recorded guided meditations and activated songs be available?
The meditations will be distributed throughout the year. The songs will not be available before March 2018.
