Sacred Gratitude Object

fullsizerender-5

Although the origin of Thanksgiving is distasteful, I appreciate any reminder to be thankful. Today’s ISIS ORACLE card suggests the use of a sacred object to connect your physical world with the divine. So today, why not assign “gratitude” to a sacred object? (This can be a crystal/rock, a feather, a necklace, a twig… really anything that feels sacred to you!) Hold it in your hands, take a few breaths, and give thanks for whatever you are truly thankful for in your life. Set it someplace where you will see it daily and make a practice of giving thanks in the presence of this object as often as you can.

Affirmation:

I live the attitude of gratitude.
